These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DLR Automation websites, client portals, AI-powered business automation services, connected integrations, and related products. By using a DLR Automation service, you agree to these terms.
Services
DLR Automation provides configurable business technology services that may include AI receptionist, email automation, customer support, workflow automation, websites, reporting, custom software, communications, and third-party integrations. Specific features, usage limits, pricing, and implementation scope may depend on the service plan or proposal selected by the customer.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and promptly notifying DLR Automation of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities performed through your account by authorized users.
Connected third-party accounts
Some features require you to authorize access to third-party accounts such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL, Twilio, Stripe, or other business systems. You must have authority to connect those accounts. DLR Automation may use OAuth or other provider-approved authentication methods and will access connected data only to operate the features you enable.
AI-generated communications
AI-generated responses may be produced using customer-provided business information, connected communications, configured knowledge, and third-party AI services. While the system is designed to provide useful business responses, automated output may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers are responsible for configuring appropriate escalation, reviewing important business information, and deciding when automation should be enabled, paused, or handed to a human.
Acceptable use
You may not use DLR Automation to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems, misrepresent identity, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content and business data you provide or authorize DLR Automation to process. You grant DLR Automation the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted services.
Privacy and data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies to services you connect.
Fees and payment
Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing cycle, usage allowances, taxes, payment method, and other commercial terms shown in the applicable plan, proposal, invoice, or agreement. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or limitation of paid services, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.
Availability and changes
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, provider policy changes, security events, or technical conditions may affect availability. We may modify features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider compatibility, or service improvement.
Suspension and termination
Customers may stop using services or disconnect integrations subject to their commercial agreement. DLR Automation may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided.
Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, DLR Automation services are provided on an "as available" basis. AI and automated systems are tools to support business operations and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other regulated advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DLR Automation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any additional liability terms in a signed customer agreement will control where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our services, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
