DLR Automation provides AI-powered business automation services, including AI receptionist, customer support, email automation, workflow tools, websites, and related business systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use our website, client portal, and connected services.
Information we collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect business contact information, account and authentication details, service configuration, support requests, customer communications processed on your behalf, call or message metadata, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and service logs.
Connected email accounts and Google user data
When you connect a supported mailbox, such as Gmail or Google Workspace, DLR Automation uses OAuth authorization. We do not receive or store your Google account password. With your authorization, our system may access email content and related mailbox metadata only as needed to provide AI Email Conversation features such as reading incoming messages, maintaining conversation context, generating responses, sending replies, detecting human replies, and managing the connected mailbox workflow.
For Google-connected mailboxes, DLR Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve DLR Automation services.
- Process customer communications and generate AI-assisted responses when the applicable feature is enabled.
- Authenticate connected third-party services and maintain authorized integrations.
- Provide support, service notices, billing administration, and account communications.
- Prevent abuse, investigate technical problems, and maintain security and audit records.
AI processing
Some services use artificial intelligence to analyze authorized business content and generate responses or workflow actions. Customers remain responsible for configuring their service, reviewing business information provided to the system, and deciding when automated responses should be enabled or paused. Sensitive or complex requests may be routed for human handling depending on configuration.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, communications, payment, authentication, email, and AI technology providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Storage, security, and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens stored by DLR Automation are protected using application security controls and encryption where supported. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or fulfill a customer's configured retention requirements.
Disconnecting an integration and deleting data
You may disconnect a supported email account from DLR Automation through the available account controls. Disconnecting removes the active authorization credentials used by DLR Automation for that mailbox and stops future automated access by that connection. You may also revoke DLR Automation access from your provider's account security settings. Requests concerning account data or deletion can be sent to the contact address below.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Business customers may also configure or disable available automation features and revoke connected third-party access.
Third-party services
DLR Automation may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL, Twilio, Stripe, and AI or cloud providers. Their own privacy terms apply to information handled directly by those services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, legal requirements, or integrations change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
